In mental health, there are so many fields to go into. The annual income or salary is between 40,000 to 70,000 being an occupational therapist . A masters degree in occupational therapy or higher is the minimum in becoming a therapist. You will need classes in phyiscal, behavioral science, and other important classes. Certification and other qualifications are voluntary. The programs will help you become more of a qualified therapist. Therapists are expected to continue their schooling, workshops, and other programs to maintain their knowledge. This helps keep them up to date and maintain their licenses.
